cup all purpose flour

cup full fat milk
Instructions
1: Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown and crumbly. Leave the sausage in the pan. 2: Stir in the butter until melted. 3: Add flour, and stir until smooth. 4: Reduce heat to medium, and cook until light brown. 5: Gradually whisk in milk, and cook until thickened. 6: Add red pepper flakes. 7: Reduce heat, and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. 8: Season with salt and pepper.
