Instructions
1: Spatchcock the turkey and add your favorite poultry seasoning. 2: Smoke the turkey at 325°F. 3: When the internal temp of 165°F in the breast and 175°F in the leg/thigh, the turkey is done. 4: In a skillet at medium-high heat, add oil and lightly fry your chiles, bread, tortillas, bananas, onion, chocolate, and garlic. 5: In a comal, toast your almonds, thyme, cloves, white sesame, black pepper ground, peanuts, and cinnamon. 6: In a blender, add your mole sauce and paste along with all your fried and toasted ingredients. 7: Add water and blend until smooth, then strain your sauce. 8: In a pot, melt lard and cook your mole for 30-45 minutes.View original recipe
