What you need

cup water

clove garlic clove
lb tomatillo

bunch fresh cilantro

tbsp Crema Mexicana

pinch black pepper

cup queso fresco
Instructions
1. Boil the tomatillos and serrano peppers until soft. 2. Transfer the boiled tomatillos and peppers to a blender. 3. Add a piece of white onion, garlic cloves, and a bunch of cilantro to the blender. 4. Pour in water and blend until the salsa is smooth. 5. Pour the green salsa into a pot and bring it to a simmer. 6. Add tortilla chips to the simmering salsa and stir gently to coat them. 7. While the chilaquiles are simmering, fry two eggs to your liking. 8. Serve the chilaquiles onto a plate. 9. Garnish with diced white onion, crumbled queso fresco, and a drizzle of Mexican crema. 10. Top with the fried eggs. 11. Season the eggs with freshly ground black pepper before serving.
