What you need

lb shrimp

tsp salt

onion

cup celery

cup carrot
potato

clove garlic clove
fresh tomatoes

tbsp guajillo chile

tbsp bouillon

tbsp pasilla chile
Instructions
1: Fry garlic and onion for a couple of minutes. 2: Add tomatoes, ¾ cup water, a pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp shrimp bouillon. Once softened, blend with Guajillo Chile Adobo, Pasilla Chile Adobo, and ¼ cup water until smooth. 3: In a medium pot, fill with water (a little less than halfway) and add 2 tbsp shrimp bouillon. When boiling, strain your sauce into the pot and let it boil again. 4: Add potatoes, celery, and carrots. Cook for 10 minutes or until tender. 5: Add shrimp; once they change color, it’s done! 6: Serve with cilantro, onion, lime, and enjoy!View original recipe
