What you need

clove garlic clove

tsp ground cumin
tsp dried oregano

cup water

tbsp guajillo chile

lb pork

tbsp chicken bouillon

tbsp pasilla chile

tbsp ancho chile
fresh tomatoes
Instructions
1. In a blender, add tomatoes, garlic, cumin, oregano, bouillon, and El Matador chiles with 3 cups of water. Blend until smooth. 2. Boil nopales with a little Knorr, strain, and set aside. 3. Fry pork in a hot pan, season with salt & pepper, then pour in the chile sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Add nopales and cook for a few more minutes. 5. Serve with rice and beans and enjoy every bite.
