Instructions
1: Remove the seeds of the jalapeño with an apple corer. 2: In a bowl, mix cream cheese and your favorite cheese. 3: Fill the jalapeño with the cheese mixture. 4: Wrap the filled jalapeño with ground pork. 5: Use your favorite barbecue rub before wrapping with bacon. 6: Place in your smoker at 325°F for 1 hour 20 minutes. 7: Apply your favorite barbecue sauce and leave in the smoker for another 15 minutes.View original recipe
