Instructions
First, cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then slide it off and set aside. Next, cook the Evergood sausage in the same pan, then remove it and set aside. In the same pan, add green and red bell peppers and onions, and sauté until softened. Add the chopped cabbage and let it soften and reduce for about 10 minutes. Season with Old Bay.
