What you need

cup mayonnaise

cup sour cream

tsp black pepper

tsp sugar

head romaine lettuce

red onion

poblano pepper
lime

slice bacon

tsp cumin

celery

bunch radish
boneless chicken breast
fresh tomatoes

can hominy

pecan nuts
Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, pressed garlic, cumin, sugar, lime juice, and black pepper until well combined. Refrigerate to chill. 2: Chop and prepare all the vegetables, including the Romaine lettuce, red onion, celery, poblano pepper, tomatoes, pecans, radishes, grilled chicken breasts, and crisp bacon. Add Juanita's Hominy and serve them all in a large salad bowl. 3: Once the chicken and bacon have cooled, add the diced pieces to the salad bowl.
