What you need
head fresh garlic

tbsp soy sauce

white onion

tbsp seafood seasoning

cucumber

red onion

unsalted butter
lime

tbsp red pepper flake

fl oz frying oil

tbsp chili powder

fl oz red jalapeno
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, soy sauce, chili powder, seafood seasoning, red pepper flakes, and El Yucateco Marisquera Red to create your spicy shrimp sauce. 2. Season shrimp with seafood seasoning and fry until they just change color. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same oil, melt butter and sauté minced garlic and chopped white onion. 4. Add shrimp back in and pour over your spicy sauce. Toss until coated in the bold, buttery heat. 5.
