Ingredients – 4 lbs. skirt steak 1 red bell pepper, 2 yellow bell peppers, 4 jalapenos, ½ onion, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. of Mazola® Corn oil, 2 tbsp soy Sause, 2 tbsp of steak seasoning, ¼ cup of lime juice, 2 tbsp black pepper, 4 garlic cloves, Total cook time 30 minutes. Marinade – soy Sause, steak seasoning, lime juice, garlic, onion, Mazola® Corn oil. Whisk all ingredients together, pour onto meat let it marinade while you slice your ingredients. Slice your red, yellow peppers, jalapenos, onion, and garlic cloves. Add 1 tbsp. of Mazola® Corn oil, salt, and pepper to your veggies. Grill your steak to your liking, slice into strips, in a skillet quickly cook your veggies and combine your steak strips. Plate and serve with your favorite sides. For the marinade, whisk together soy sauce, steak seasoning, lime juice, 2 tablespoons of Mazola® Corn oil, garlic, and onion. Pour the marinade over the skirt steak and let it marinate while you prepare the other ingredients. Slice your red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, jalapenos, onion, and garlic cloves. In a separate bowl, add 1 tablespoon of Mazola® Corn oil, salt, and pepper to your sliced vegetables and toss to coat. Grill your steak to your desired doneness, then slice it into strips.
