What you need

bunch cilantro

Instructions
1: Add 2 Roma tomatoes, 2 Serrano’s, 2 garlic cloves, cilantro and 8 ounces of water to your blender. Add salt and blend until smooth. 2: Cut the beef, onions, 5 Serrano’s and 2 Roma tomatoes into strips. 3: Heat oil or lard in a preheated pan at medium high heat. 4: Add meat to pan, use your favorite steak seasoning and cook until most of juice has evaporated. 5: Add onions to the beef, stir and cook for a couple of minutes. 6: Continue the same process with the Serrano’s and then the tomatoes. 7: Add your sauce and mix with the ingredients. 8: Let it come to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes. 9: Serve your bistek with your favorite Mexican side dish such as rice or beans.View original recipe
