Instructions
1. Rub ham down with mustard and apply BBQ rub evenly. 2. Preheat smoker to 275°F. 3. Place ham in smoker, cut-side down if spiral cut. 4. Smoke until internal temperature reaches 120°F. 5. Crown ham with pineapple slices and cherries, securing with toothpicks. 6. Continue smoking until ham reaches an internal temperature of 135°F. 7. Brush on a thick layer of BBQ glaze. 8. Continue smoking, reapplying glaze every 10 minutes, until ham reaches 140–145°F. 9. Rest ham for 10–15 minutes before slicing. 10. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
