1: Cut the chicharron into 1-inch cubes. 2: Preheat pot at medium high heat. 3: Add 1 tablespoon of Manteca. 4: When Manteca has melted, add 1 bottle of 505 Southwestern Green Chile Salsa, stir and let it come to a boil. 5: Add your chicharron and stir until it’s completely covered in sauce. 6: Add 1 bottle of 505 Southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chile, stir and let it come to a boil. 7: Simmer for 15 minutes or until chicharron is soft. 8: Pair it with your favorite side dish or just enjoy with tortillas.View original recipe
