Instructions
1. In a blender, combine sliced serrano peppers, garlic, salt, oregano, black pepper, and lime juice. Blend until smooth to create the green sauce. 2. In a deep fryer, fry the shrimp until they are golden brown and crispy. 3. Remove the shrimp from the oil, place them on a wire rack, and season with seafood seasoning. 4. Fry the swai fish fillets in the deep fryer until cooked through and golden. 5. Remove the fish from the oil, place on a wire rack, and season. 6. To assemble the platter, arrange a layer of sliced cucumbers on a large plate. 7. Add sliced red onion over the cucumbers and sprinkle with lime juice. 8. Arrange the fried shrimp around the perimeter of the plate. 9. Break the fried fish into smaller pieces and pile them in the center of the platter. 10. Drizzle red hot sauce over the dish. 11. Pour the prepared green serrano sauce over the fish and shrimp. 12. Serve immediately and enjoy.
