What you need

cup cotija cheese
cup vegetable oil

cup mexican crema

cup lettuce

tomato

cup frank's redhot sauce
Instructions
1. Fill corn tortillas with your desired filling and roll them tightly. 2. Fry the rolled tortillas in hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy. 3. Remove the fried flautas from the oil and let them drain on a wire rack. 4. Spread a layer of red sauce on a serving plate. 5. Place the flautas on top of the sauce. 6. Drizzle with crema. 7. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. 8. Add another layer of red sauce over the toppings. 9. Sprinkle with crumbled cheese and serve immediately.
