What you need

cup water

pinch salt

tbsp chicken bouillon

tbsp corn oil

onion

roma tomato

fl oz chicken broth
Instructions
Slice your tomatoes, garlic cloves, onion and add to your blender. Add 10 ounces of chicken broth and blend until smooth. In a medium high heat pot add 1 tbsp. of oil and add your Fideo. Cook until light brown then add your tomato sauce using a strainer. Cook for a couple minutes then add your chicken bouillon and mix. Add 2 cups of chicken broth and 2 cups of water. Add a pinch of salt if needed. Let it come to a boil and rest for 5 minutes before serving.View original recipe
