oz queso fresco
tbsp oil

oz heavy cream

tbsp chicken bouillon

clove garlic clove

cup sour cream
Instructions
1: Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, chipotle sauce, heavy cream, chicken bouillon, and water until smooth. 2: In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook the chipotle sauce. Add salt if needed. 3: Once the sauce boils, turn off the heat and add your El Comal Totopos. 4: Serve with your favorite side — we went with black beans! 5: Top with sour cream, queso fresco, avocado, and red onion.
